Introducing the Rails Swim/Dive team juniors! They’ve joined the ranks of upperclassman and will be key leaders on the team this year. This group of veterans will definitely play an important role in the success of the team, both for winning meets and for getting events to State. Learn a little more about each girl below.
Catherine Dooley | Cat attends Lincoln High School. Her main two events for the 2018 season are the 50 Free and the 100 Breaststroke. She’s got big goals this year, including winning the conference for the second straight year, qualify for state, reach new personal bests and lead the team well. She’s most excited about “dancing to all bops all the time!” Cat is also involved in student council.

Kalani Mangin | Kalani attends Lincoln High School. She swims the 100 Back and 100 Free. Her goals are to swim a 1:04 in the 100 Back and a 58 in the 100 Free. She’s most looking forward to team bonding, team dinners and spending time with friends. Kalani focuses on swimming and taking advanced classes.
Chloe Pearson | Chloe attends Lincoln High School. She is the only returning diver for 2018, after finishing 9th at State in 2017! Her main goals this season are to make it to state, get a higher score every meet and improve her form and technique in general. She’s most excited to reaching personal bests and making school history.
Ali Poli | Ali attends Norwalk High School. She competes in the 50 Free and 100 Free. Her goal for 2018 is to end the season happy with her times. She’s excited about reaching new personal bests, team bonding and making school history. Ali is also involved in softball.
Diana Ward | Diana attends Lincoln High School. She swims the 200 IM and 100 Free. Her main goal is to beat last year’s times and overcoming a late start due to a non-swimming injury. Diana is most looking forward to team bonding, making new friends and making school history. She’s also involved in soccer and show choir.
