Rails Top Hoover/North in Big Win!

The Rails faced their first conference opponent on Thursday (12/7) and came away with a big win – 123-29.

While the Rails won handily, every swim meet gives the team the chance to practice for their tough January meets. After all, as Coach Bennett has said, “there’s no practice for a swim meet, except more swim meets.” Hoover was a great opportunity for the guys to work on their starts, turns and breathe control in a real race. While the coaches were able to test a few line-up changes to help ensure it is the best it can be after the break.

The guys won almost every event. Plus some guys saw new best times in their races!
