Rails Dominate East in Final Dual Meet

The Rails took on East in the final dual meet of the year and won big! The team followed the same game plan as the week before – a Regionals focus to practice relays and individuals for the big meet. Again it paid off, since the team saw some of their fastest times of the year.

Meet Highlights:
The meet had several fast swims, including some season bests. Plus – the Rails took first in 9 of 11 events!

  • Ane Skartvedt hitting a :32 breast split in the medley relay!
  • Relay members Jordan Greenwood, Ane Skartvedt, Sara Bennett, and Abi Contreras winning both free relays!
  • Anna Dotts dropping more time in her 500 and going a 6:24!
  • Jordan Hanson going her fastest 100 fly time ever with a 1.16!
  • Jordyn Dubois leading off the medley with a :32 in route to winning the 200 medley relay

The Rails ended the regular season with an overall record of 9-2 and a conference record of 5-1.
