The start of high school girls season is sure sign that the hot days of summer are almost behind us. This year’s team has been practicing all summer to prep for the upcoming season, including in-water and dryland training designed to increase stamina and strength.
The girls have big goals for the season, including heading to state and a solid winning record. Not to mention, individuals have personal goals they’re trying to reach, like earning a Sub :60 T-shirt or a new lifetime best.
Mornings: 5:45-6:45AM Monday-Thursday
Evenings: 3:15-5:45PM Monday-Friday
This first week the girls will be doing dryland practice every morning. No need to bring swimsuits to morning practice! We’ll start the normal M/W dryland and T/TH swimming on Monday the 19th.
