Swimmers Attack Summer Workouts

The 2013-14 Lincoln High School swimmers started getting back in to shape this spring and have continued hitting the pool hard as school was released and summer started. Besides swimming every morning, they also are hitting the weight room twice and week and doing some dry land cardio workouts twice a week on opposite days. Participation in summer workouts is at an all-time high, with both teams aiming for record participants on each squad in more than a decade, and goals of state qualifiers and point finishers this season.
